All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Sale items are non-exchangeable.

The used stones and other natural raw materials and products are not defective in case of insignificant deviations in form, shape, color and weight within accepted standards of natural products due to raw materials.

All Asia Silver jewelry is carefully made and finished by hand, using the jeweler’s traditional skill. Over time, dust, pollution and daily wear conspire the brightness of the jewelry. To maintain its longevity, it’s need to be treated properly. For specifics and instructions for care please see below.

Always store your jewelry in a cool, dry, safe place away from extreme heat, steam and humidity.

Remove your jewelry while you are applying perfume, lotion or sunscreen. Any jewelry should not be worn in the shower or swimming pool. A little contact of fresh water will not do any harm, but it should not come int contact with any soaps or household chemicals.

Many of our jewelry are made from metal. Due to its ages, metal jewelry often tarnished. To restore the appearance of the metal, you can apply a small amount of silver polish to a soft cloth (not a tissue or paper towel) and gently buff the surface. Do not use toothpaste to polish jewelry with, it’s an abrasive and will leave soft scratches in the surface. After polishing, rinse a little in warm water and immediately dry it to avoid spotting.

Sterling silver jewelry that is worn regularly typically needs less care, because silver usually keeps it bright state. We recommend you to wear your silver jewelry often to naturally prevent tarnish.

For jewelry that come oxidized, wear as normal and allow the patina process to continue. If you prefer less oxidization just run under water and rub away a bit with a polishing cloth. Using a polish or cleanser on your oxidized piece will remove the patina and bring it back to a bright brass or silver state, so please be aware of this.
